Mr. John Freeman
John Freeman is president of the CPA firm, Freeman Barder Lieberman, LTD, a full-service Accounting firm. Before that, he was preisdent of John D. Freeman LTD, a CPA firm.
He is graduate of the University of MN, Carlson School of Management. He did his under graduate work at the U of M, and obtained a degree in Business Administration with an accounting major.
John’s passion is navigating the profoundly complex maze of tax laws to provide intelligent and insightful guidance that is critical for business and personal success.
He is an expert in small business and family taxation, including partnership, corporate, s-corporate, estate and gift taxation. He also has significant experience in real estate taxation, like-kind exchanges, business valuation, and much, much more.
We will utilize John's wealth of knowledge and braod insight and guide those of our students who aspire to become entrepreneurs and enter the business wotld .
