Dr. Deming was a man so far ahead of his time. An engineer, statistician, professor, author, lecturer, management consultant and a mathematical physicist, he helped developed the stastical sampling technique used the world over.

He also championed the work of Dr. Walter Shewhart, know as "PDSA" (Plan-Do-Study-Act).

At WWII's end, Dr. Deming worked in Japan with industry leaders, scientists and engineers in Tokyo.  Japan rose from the ashes of war to become an economic power house, admired and respected for product quality. Below are examples of some of his teachings:
